Vlogumentary, a mix of vlog and documentary, started in 2019 during the Covid lockdown with just a five-megapixel camera. It explores and documents hidden historical buildings, mainly in Lahore, across Pakistan, and now internationally. The project covers over 400 sites from Mughal, Hindu, Sikh, British Raj, Jain, Parsi, Buddhist, and other faiths, promoting religious harmony through short and long videos. Run solo by Saad Zahid for seven years, it supports heritage restoration and shows how preserving history can boost Pakistan’s image and economy.
